Onboarding-Process

	Orientation Week	The first week is for orientation in the company. You will get to know your colleagues, receive practical training on current topics, methods and tools. In this way you can immerse yourself in the company culture.
	Customer Assignment	During the orientation week, initial discussions with customers already take place. With a bit of luck, you will have your regular customer in the first week, whom you can advise in the next period.
	Mentor	You will also be assigned a mentor during the orientation week. This mentor will support you on your career path.
