Agile Project Management

Agile Project Management is a word which we understand as two roles, which in a SCRUM process are performed by two different persons:

Product Owner and Scrum Master.

This is to assure development of high quality applications. The Product owner takes care of the definition of the scope that needs to be developed.

The scrum master takes care of the development team and ensures/encourages that the scrum rules are obeyed by both the team and other stakeholders.
