| Short Assessment | In the Short Assessment you will be given one or two small test items tailored to your position, which you will work on. The aim is to see how you apply what you have learned in practice and how you get from the assignment to the solution. The goal is to get an impression of the work in practice, to see the potential of the candidate and to be able to compare applicants. Things learnt by heart play only a minor role. For developers that means you have to use an IDE, a design tool or an architecture tool, for Marketing you need to process a picture or write a text, for administrative roles it means a "phone call" or a role play. Afterwards we will clarify final questions. | ||
| Contract | Once these steps have been completed, we will give you a contract offer. If we agree, we sign the contract mutually. |
