  Send Application Documents The application process starts with you sending us your application documents. Either by e-mail to hr (...ät...) killbuqs (...punkt...) de or by post in the classic way.  
  Request for Talent Screening In the next step, candidates are given access to a talent screener. After the candidates have successfully completed the Talent Screener, it is assessed which candidates will be considered in the further process。  
  Appointment for telephone interview Then we will make an appointment for a telephone interview.  
  Telephone Interview In the telephone interview we introduce ourselves to each other and can already clarify the most important questions.  
  Make an appointment for a short assessment Afterwards we will make an appointment for a short assessment.  
  Short Assessment In the Short Assessment you will be given one or two small test items tailored to your position, which you will work on. The aim is to see how you apply what you have learned in practice and how you get from the assignment to the solution. The goal is to get an impression of the work in practice, to see the potential of the candidate and to be able to compare applicants. Things learnt by heart play only a minor role. For developers that means you have to use an IDE, a design tool or an architecture tool, for Marketing you need to process a picture or write a text, for administrative roles it means a "phone call" or a role play. Afterwards we will clarify final questions.  
  Contract Once these steps have been completed, we will give you a contract offer. If we agree, we sign the contract mutually.
