The Client has its own product, a CRM solution for keeping persons and their functions, company addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, revenues, quotes and whatever you store in a CRM.

The work, especially writing customized emails and prospect investigation had to be done with google or by doing some prompts in external AI / GPT Website.

Integrated Artificial Intelligence as a Solution

To boost the output of the B2B sales team, the artificial intelligence has been integrated into the CRM system for easy investigation and creation of companies, prospect phone numbers and addresses in the CRM system. Data protection is ensured by the fact that the artificial intelligence solution (Large Language Model) is operated on-premise, i.e. in the company's own data center, so that all data remains with the customer.

The usage of web crawling knowledge was important for acquiring prospect knowledge from the companies website.
