Vision	Our customers bring a vision, which is brought to implementation maturity in a software development process.
Supporting	The services we offer include all project activities in all phases of the product lifecycle: from requirements analysis and architecture to programming and implementation, as well as framework activities such as agile coaching, project management, scrum master, product owner and test management.
Experience	Experience is the key to achieving good solutions promptly during planning and development. Experience is gained with time spent on projects. This is the real point why we support our customers.
Useful, Software Solution	Software is not developed for its own sake, but always with a benefit or a solution. Ideally, the benefit is the relief of employees in the execution of process steps with the result of improving the customer's profit achievement.
Good	Quality is needed for solid applications. Quality is measured by metrics obtained from static code analysis, for example.
Innovative	Innovation is fostered by employee training, thinking outside the box, questioning the given, and an appropriate culture. Innovation often comes from operational staff, less often from managers. Agile processes can contribute to innovation through feedback in the early planning stages.
Achieving Software Solutions	Supporting the customer must go hand in hand with achieving concrete solutions.
Employees	Software is operated by people. Ideally, the software takes over the tasks that the software is good at solving in order to relieve the employees.
Achieving Optimal Results	In all our work, a focus on results is of central importance, and costs and benefits must be taken into account. All our work should lead to good results for customers.
